Meet Ipek
After years spent in international and professional roles, building strategies, conducting research, and coaching people, I found my way to the U.S., settling in Indiana. Through all those chapters in life, a quiet passion for health and wellness had been simmering beneath the surface, rooted in me since childhood.
Raised in a family of physicians, I inherited a deep appreciation for the human body, its vulnerability against disease and capacity for healing. It was through my own exploration of yoga, holistic health, and navigating personal family health challenges that I experienced firsthand the transformative power of nutrition and lifestyle and knew I had to share this with others.
I earned my nutrition coaching certification from Precision Nutrition, a world-class nutrition and exercise nutrition program. I now guide clients toward sustainable health in a way that honors their unique needs and circumstances.
My approach is personal, not prescriptive - because no two people are alike, and your wellness plan shouldn’t be either. As a self-proclaimed foodie and cook, I love raising awareness that healing our bodies or losing weight doesn’t mean starving or feeling stressed. Many chronic health problems can be healed or improved with simple behavioral and systematic changes around food.
My coaching is not about telling people what they already know or prescribing specific diets but about creating habits that work and stick. I help my clients make sustainable changes that empower them to thrive long after our work together.
I mostly help women over 35, who often feel lost in the noise of quick-fix solutions, demanding lifestyles and unrealistic expectations. Every day, I am inspired by the resilience and strength of the people I work with. Whether you're navigating perimenopause or menopause, excess weight, or simply looking to feel and look better in your body, I’m here to walk alongside you, helping you uncover the healthiest, most vibrant version of yourself.
